In a world where perpetual change is becoming the
norm, Judy Archer
facilitates people's healing/learning journeys through
her individual sessions and teaching. These are designed
to help others listen to their innate wisdom, broaden
and deepen their perspectives, integrate a full range
of possibilities and to live more creative and authentic
lives. She does this by helping people tap into their
inner teacher. This
helps identify special gifts and fosters a sense of
the authentic self.
"I have found TRE- Tension Releasing Exercises to be the most accessible and effective work I have experienced. TRE helps us be more present, grounded and relaxed towards life. We learn how to self-regulate in the face of adversity when we continue to practice the exercises. One by-product of releasing stress and tension is that we become more relaxed and more creative. When this happens our resiliency increases and we are more capable of connecting to ourselves as well as with others.
